Refund & Return Policy

At Riot Leveret Club, your satisfaction matters to us. If something
isn't right with your order, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

Inspection at Delivery: We recommend checking your item at the time of
delivery. If the size doesn't fit or the item isn't what you expected,
you can return it immediately with the delivery courier.

Return Window: If you're unable to check at delivery, you have 48 hours
from the date of delivery (not the purchase date) to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and
packaging intact. This applies to all items, including those purchased
on sale.

How to Return: Contact our support team at support@riotleveretclub.com
with your order number and the reason for return. Please include
photos of the item if you're reporting a defect. We'll guide you
through the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

- Size, fit, or change of mind: The customer covers return shipping
  costs.
- Manufacturing defect: If our team confirms the issue is a
  manufacturing defect (based on the photos and item you send us),
  Riot Leveret Club covers the full return shipping cost and arranges
  a replacement or refund.
- Wrong item shipped: Riot Leveret Club covers the full cost.

Note: Our team reviews each defect claim individually. Claims related
to sizing, personal preference, or normal wear are not classified as
manufacturing defects and follow the standard return shipping terms
above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the
refund status within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed
within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Processing
time after that depends on your bank.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, please initiate a return
and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures faster
processing than a direct swap.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. All
other items, including sale items, are eligible for return within the
window above.
