Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted on the same day of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

In-sale items and gift cards are final sales and not eligible for return or refund.
