Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to Cairo and Giza governorates only. We are working on expanding our delivery network across Egypt. For inquiries about other locations, contact us at Support@riotleveretclub.com.

Delivery Options and Fees

Standard shipping: delivered within 3–5 days — EGP 70. Free standard shipping on orders above EGP 1,500.

Same-day delivery: delivered the same day — EGP 100. Same-day delivery is subject to order confirmation and availability; orders confirmed after our daily cut-off are delivered on the next available day.

Payment

Payment is by cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch, so please provide a valid phone number at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive updates about your order by phone, WhatsApp or email once it ships.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at Support@riotleveretclub.com. Once the order is out for delivery, changes cannot be made.
