After receiving payment confirmation, orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days.
    • Cost: Shipping fees vary based on the delivery area.
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders above EGP 1500.

  • Express Shipping

    • Delivery Time: Delivered the same day for orders between 9 AM and 2 PM.
    • Cost: Rates vary depending on your location and the weight of the order. Charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at Support@riotleveretclub.com within the expected delivery date.
  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address provided, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Order Changes or Cancellations

For Standard Shipping, if you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at Support@riotleveretclub.com. Once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made.
